Larry Fouché focuses on criminal defense, DUI defense and traffic citation defense.  He provides comprehensive representation in criminal cases that range from murder to drug cases, theft crimes to sex crimes.  He has represented numerous individuals charged with DUI and successfully sought a reduction or outright dismissal of the case.  He assists all drivers with all manner of traffic citations.  Also, he has extensive experience with traffic citations received by CDL drivers and will work to keep these off their driving record.  

A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2001, Mr. Fouché actively participates in the Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Workers' Compensation sections. He holds admissions to practice in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Superior and State Courts of Georgia.

Educated at the University of South Carolina (B.A., 1998) and Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law (J.D., 2001), Mr. Fouché is committed to legal excellence. His affiliations include memberships in the State Bar of Georgia, Macon Bar Association, American Bar Association, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense.

A graduate of the 2006 Leadership Macon class, Mr. Fouché is actively involved in the Macon community, volunteering his time with various local associations.

In his earlier career, Mr. Fouché served as a Director of Loss Prevention at several Marriott Hotels and Resorts and continued in the same role at Adam's Mark Hotels from 1995 to 1998.

Committed to pro bono activities, Mr. Fouché has been involved with Georgia Legal Services since 2001, demonstrating his dedication to providing legal assistance to those in need.
